Shipping policy

SHIPPING

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays). Please note that there may be extended processing times during sale periods due to higher volume or supply chain delays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking details to follow its progress. If your order contains multiple items, it may ship in separate packages and you will receive confirmations with a summary of the items included for each package (rest assured, you are only charged one shipping fee for all items in your order). Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking information to update once it has left us.

You can check the status of your order by proceeding to Order History under your account page.

TAXES AND DUTIES

Taxes and duties are calculated based on your shipping destination.

US Sales Tax

All domestic sales tax will be applied at checkout based on the order destination in compliance with federal, state, and local laws.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We ship across all 50 states and US Territories with our standard shipping option. Depending on the destination, the shipping carrier may vary. Orders are delivered in 3-5 business days from the shipping date.

We use shipping with tracking ability via USPS, UPS during high season we may extend delivery with FEDEX or DHL.

ORDER CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS

As soon as your order has been accepted, we immediately begin processing to get it to you as soon as possible. Unfortunately, this means that we might be unable to make any changes to orders once placed.
